Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal S1 Marketing/Manajemen/Komunikasi atau bidang terkait.
Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang pemasaran, dengan 2–3 tahun pada posisi manajerial.
Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan terbiasa memimpin tim.
Menguasai strategi pemasaran digital (SEO, SEM, Social Media Ads, Email Marketing).
Mampu menganalisis tren pasar, perilaku konsumen, dan kompetitor.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan presentasi yang baik.
Kreatif, inovatif, dan mampu berpikir strategis.
Lebih disukai memiliki pengalaman di industri terkait.

Job Description:

Menyusun dan mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran jangka pendek & panjang.
Mengelola brand image perusahaan agar tetap kompetitif di pasar.
Mengatur, mengarahkan, dan memimpin tim marketing dalam pencapaian target.
Mengelola anggaran pemasaran dan memastikan ROI optimal.
Mengawasi pelaksanaan campaign (offline & online), event, promosi, dan branding.
Menyusun laporan kinerja marketing (KPI) serta memberikan rekomendasi strategis.
