• Min. of 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the fashion industry or similar fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Design, Fashion, Business Management or a related creative field.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, market reserach and campaign management.
• Proven success in managing large-scale marketing budgets with a focus on achieving ROI.
• Knowledge of ads management on Meta and TikTok platforms.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and team leadership abilities. Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a creative and collaborative mindset.
