Position: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end B2C digital strategies and promotions to scale BOSSHIRE’s brand awareness, user acquisition, and audience engagement.
- Oversee multi-channel content creation and campaigns to position BOSSHIRE as the leading platform in its space.
- Plan and execute marketing events, offline activations, and high-impact partnerships to drive organic growth and community reach.
- Develop data-driven campaign roadmaps, track key funnel metrics, and continuously optimize strategies to support business goals.
- Direct, mentor, and align the marketing team in a fast-paced environment while staying actively involved in campaign execution.
Key Requirements:
- Proven background in a headhunting agency or tech startup, with a track record of both managing a team and working as a hands-on individual contributor.
- Practical knowledge of campaign management, digital marketing strategies, and market research SOPs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the skill to explain complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Hands-on experience with marketing platforms including Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant software tools
- Strong analytical skill set with a demonstrated ability to pivot quickly, resolve roadblocks, and thrive in fast-paced environments
