The Paralian Uluwatu is a dynamic and growing real estate development company based in Kuta Selatan, Kabupaten Badung, Bali, Indonesia. Founded in 2022 with the launch of our flagship project 11-11, we have since expanded into full-scale villa development and property sales, creating unique communities like The Waits Estates. As we prepare to launch our Property Management Group in 2026, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to help us build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support our growth in the competitive Bali real estate market.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote The Paralian Uluwatu’s properties and services. Key responsibilities include managing digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels, analyzing performance metrics to optimize results, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. This role also involves overseeing content creation, managing affiliate and B2B marketing initiatives, and leading a team to deliver high-quality marketing materials that resonate with target audiences. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will play a key role in supporting sales efforts by generating leads and maintaining strong relationships with partners and clients.
We are looking for a motivated individual with an Associate Degree or equivalent education and between 1 and 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate or hospitality industry. Candidates should possess strong skills in marketing communications, digital marketing, social media management, content strategy, and team leadership. Experience with Instagram analytics, TikTok, and real estate marketing is highly desirable. A creative mindset, ability to work independently, and a passion for building brands in the luxury property sector will make you a great fit for this role.
