Marketing Manager
Placement : Head Office, West Jakarta
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or sales within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction projects, tender/bidding processes, and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Good network with developers, consultants, and clients is an advantage.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Willing to travel for business meetings and client visits.
