The Role
Lead marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, drive consumer engagement, and support commercial growth across our retail and lifestyle portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across channels.
- Build brand positioning, campaign concepts, and marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead marketing campaigns across digital, social media, retail activations, events, and partnerships.
- Develop content strategies and oversee creative output across relevant channels.
- Manage social media, influencer/KOL, PR, and brand collaboration initiatives.
- Identify consumer trends and insights to develop relevant marketing opportunities.
- Plan and execute retail activations, pop-ups, launches, and brand events.
- Collaborate with Brand, Operations, Product, and external partners to support commercial objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, consumer engagement, and marketing ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets, timelines, agencies, vendors, and campaign deliverables.
- Develop marketing reports and provide insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure consistent quality and timely execution.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Retail Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of retail, lifestyle, F&B, fashion, or consumer brands.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, KOL/influencer marketing, events, and brand activations.
- Strong creative thinking combined with commercial awareness.
- Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of marketing performance metrics.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
