Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for each company within the Wanderlands Group, aligning with overall business objectives and target audience demographics.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to ensure team members excel in their roles.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and growth opportunities in the travel, hospitality, and wellness industries.
• Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, advertising materials, and promotional videos.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and influencer partnerships, to increase brand visibility and drive website traffic.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that support lead generation, customer retention, and revenue generation goals.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement, and ROI, to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and optimize future campaigns.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with travel agencies, online booking platforms, local businesses, and community organizations to expand brand reach and enhance cross-promotional opportunities.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all marketing communications and customer touchpoints, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
