Job Descriptions :

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies.

Implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and recognition.

Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.

Responsible for maximizing hotel and organic farm  revenues

Developing programmes to increase occupancy and make profitable use of accommodation, meeting, dining event and other facilities.

Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales.

Update action plans and revenue objectives quarterly.

Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.

Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns.

Drive digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.

Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.

Provide regular reports to Director, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.

Manage relationships with media outlets and key industry influencers.

Plan and execute marketing events and trade shows

Leverage events to build brand awareness and engage with target audiences.

Represent Hotels in various events and exhibitions.

Able to provide Quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the management team.
