Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics to increase brand awareness and drive qualified traffic and leads for BenihBaik’s B2B programs.
- Plan, deploy, and manage integrated marketing campaigns from ideation to execution across multiple channels.
- Experiment with and optimize various organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, events, PR, and lead generation campaigns.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for the website, blog, and marketing materials that attract and convert target audiences.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players, agencies, vendors, and corporate partners.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor quarterly and annual marketing budgets, ensuring efficient and measurable use of resources.
- Oversee and approve marketing assets such as website banners, brochures, case studies, and campaign materials.
- Measure, analyze, and report on marketing performance using data and insights to optimize campaigns and achieve business goals.
- Analyze consumer and client behavior to improve targeting, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or other related fields (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably at the managerial level, with strong ownership of campaigns and strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to identify target audiences and lead creative, multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and convert.
- Hands-on experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Familiarity with additional marketing tools such as Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEO tools, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with limited resources and high ownership.
- Passion for social impact, sustainability, and CSR initiatives is a strong advantage.
