Job description for Marketing Manager at Benihbaik.com

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics to increase brand awareness and drive qualified traffic and leads for BenihBaik’s B2B programs.
  2. Plan, deploy, and manage integrated marketing campaigns from ideation to execution across multiple channels.
  3. Experiment with and optimize various organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, events, PR, and lead generation campaigns.
  4. Produce valuable and engaging content for the website, blog, and marketing materials that attract and convert target audiences.
  5. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players, agencies, vendors, and corporate partners.
  6. Prepare, manage, and monitor quarterly and annual marketing budgets, ensuring efficient and measurable use of resources.
  7. Oversee and approve marketing assets such as website banners, brochures, case studies, and campaign materials.
  8. Measure, analyze, and report on marketing performance using data and insights to optimize campaigns and achieve business goals.
  9. Analyze consumer and client behavior to improve targeting, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or other related fields (Master’s degree is a plus).
  2. Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably at the managerial level, with strong ownership of campaigns and strategy.
  3. Demonstrated ability to identify target audiences and lead creative, multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and convert.
  4. Hands-on experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  5. Familiarity with additional marketing tools such as Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEO tools, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
  6. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  7. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  8. Comfortable working in a startup environment with limited resources and high ownership.
  9. Passion for social impact, sustainability, and CSR initiatives is a strong advantage.
