- Pendidikan minimal S1 Marketing, Manajemen, Komunikasi, atau jurusan terkait.

- Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang Marketing, dengan minimal 2 tahun sebagai Marketing Manager atau posisi leadership.

- Berpengalaman menyusun dan mengeksekusi strategi pemasaran online & offline.

- Menguasai digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads), media sosial, dan analisis performa campaign.

- Berpengalaman mengelola branding, KOL/influencer, event, dan aktivitas promosi.

- Memiliki kemampuan melakukan riset pasar, analisis kompetitor, serta pengambilan keputusan berbasis data.

- Menguasai Google Analytics, CRM, dan tools marketing lainnya menjadi nilai tambah.

- Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, analisis, dan problem solving yang baik.

- Terbiasa mengelola tim, target, serta anggaran marketing.
