Job description for Marketing Manager Signature at PT Miranda Moda Indonesia
Job Desc:
1. Develop and implement the marketing strategy including creating campaign strategies and brand activations to achieve annual brand goals.
2. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with related brands, media, KOLs, and communities to strengthen brand image and brand awareness, own end-to-end planning from ideation, planning, and execution.
3. Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging marketing materials and other departments to ensure messaging and branding are consistent and effective campaign/content
4. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to achieve KPIs and control marketing expenses.
5. Develop monthly reports for 360 marketing activations and action plans.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
2. Min 2 years of experience in a marketing communication manager role, preferably with strong experience in high-end fashion brand or international brand, responsilble in marketing campaign, creative, partnerships and events in fashion retail
3. Strong cross-functional skills, including working with data, copywriting and events /project handling
4. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
