Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven Marketing Manager to lead the growth and visibility of our F&B brands in Jakarta. You will be responsible for driving traffic, building brand relevance, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
Initially, you will oversee Paris Bistro and Paris Café, with Paris Sorbet joining the portfolio in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for each brand
- Strengthen brand awareness and consistency across all channels
- Ensure each concept maintains a distinct identity
Traffic & Revenue Growth
- Create initiatives to increase foot traffic, especially during low periods
- Develop campaigns and activations that drive revenue
- Identify new growth opportunities and partnerships
Digital Marketing & Content
- Oversee social media and content strategy
- Collaborate with photographers, designers, influencers, and agencies
- Ensure content reflects the positioning and personality of each brand
Campaigns & Events
- Plan and execute promotions, events, and collaborations
- Create strong "reasons to visit" throughout the year
- Build awareness and buzz around the brands
- Performance & Analytics
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI
- Track key business metrics including traffic, revenue, and customer engagement
- Provide monthly reports and recommendations
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing (F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, or related industries preferred)
- Proven experience managing multiple projects or brands simultaneously
- Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing
- Business-oriented mindset with a focus on results
- Creative, proactive, and hands-on
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with the Jakarta market is a plus
