Job Overview
As a Team Leader Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing strategies that align with the company's goals. You will lead the marketing team in developing and executing effective campaigns, optimizing resources, and ensuring brand consistency and positioning in the market. This role requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and current industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Implementation
- Design and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and support business objectives.
- Develop marketing initiatives to expand market reach and attract the target audience.
Team Management and Development
- Lead, guide, and develop the marketing team to achieve optimal performance.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Marketing Campaign Management
- Oversee and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Ensure campaigns are on schedule, within budget, and achieve targeted results.
Brand Consistency and Positioning
- Maintain brand identity consistency across all marketing platforms and ensure a positive, strong brand image.
- Develop brand positioning strategies to keep the brand competitive in the market.
Performance Analysis and Data-Driven Decision Making
- Use data and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations based on data to support effective marketing decisions.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business needs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support cross-functional initiatives.
Budget and Resource Management
- Efficiently manage the marketing budget, allocate resources optimally, and ensure effective budget utilization.
Market Research and Trend Identification
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, changes in consumer behavior, and new growth opportunities.
- Develop relevant and responsive marketing strategies to address current market trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, CRM, or digital advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience managing data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong multitasking and project management skills, with a results- and detail-oriented approach
