Job description for Marketing Lead at GOOSH Authenticated Luxury Goods
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop end-to-end marketing strategies for social media (Instagram, TikTok) and promotional events.
- Marketing Initiatives: Proactively suggest and initiate new marketing ideas, content angles, or mini-promos to keep the brand fresh.
- Campaign Management: Design monthly promotional plans and big-scale marketing activations (including offline events/bazaars if applicable).
- Supervision & Oversight: Monitor daily operations of the marketing team to ensure all content, ads, and campaigns are aligned with the brand's vision and timeline.
- Performance Tracking: Manage and optimize Paid Ads (FB/IG Ads, TikTok Ads) and analyze performance metrics to ensure high ROI.
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying the latest trends in luxury retail and social media to keep the brand relevant.
- Quality Control: Make sure everything—from copywriting to visual aesthetics—runs perfectly and remains consistent with our high-standard brand voice.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Brand Marketing, or a similar supervisory role, preferably FEMALE.
* Deep understanding of Social Media ecosystems (IG & TikTok) and Paid Ads metrics.
* Exceptional leadership and "eagle-eye" detail orientation—you are the one who makes sure nothing slips through the cracks.
* Strong analytical skills; able to translate complex data into clear strategic directions.
* Familiar with modern consumer behavior and the latest digital marketing trends.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively direct and align various team members.
