Job description for Marketing Lead Generation at TRAIN Edu

Jobdes:

• Menghasilkan dan mengelola pipeline lead yang berkualitas.

• Menjalankan strategi lead generation melalui channel digital dan offline.

• Mengembangkan campaign sesuai target market SQUULA.

• Mengelola leads dari social media, ads, database, event, partnership, dan komunitas.

• Melakukan market research untuk menemukan audiens dan channel baru.

• Berkoordinasi dengan Sales untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan conversion lead.

• Memantau performa campaign, lead volume, cost per lead, dan conversion.

• Mengelola database lead secara akurat.

• Melakukan testing dan optimasi campaign berdasarkan data.

• Mendukung event, workshop, dan kegiatan student acquisition.

• Berkoordinasi dengan Social Media untuk mendukung tujuan lead generation.

• Membuat laporan dan evaluasi strategi acquisition secara berkala.

Qualifikasi:

• Minimal D3/S1 Marketing, Komunikasi, Bisnis, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.

• Pengalaman Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, Performance/Growth Marketing menjadi nilai tambah.

• Fresh graduate dengan skill atau portfolio relevan dipersilakan melamar.

• Memahami digital marketing funnel dan lead generation.

• Familiar dengan social media, digital ads, database, dan CRM.

• Terbiasa bekerja dengan target lead dan KPI marketing.

• Mampu menganalisis data seperti lead volume, CPL, conversion rate, dan campaign performance.

• Kreatif, data-driven, dan mampu bekerja sama dengan tim Sales.

• Familiar dengan Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, atau CRM menjadi nilai tambah.

• Pengalaman di bidang pendidikan, EdTech, atau B2C menjadi nilai tambah.

• Bersedia bekerja on-site di Solo, Jawa Tengah.
