Job description for Marketing Junior Manager at PT Sewu Segar Primatama (Re.juve)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure consistent implementation of Re.juve's brand identity across all marketing channels, communication materials, and store branding in Indonesia and Singapore.
- Lead brand activation, partnership, and collaboration initiatives while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Oversee social media and digital brand presence, ensuring content quality, brand consistency, and timely campaign execution.
- Monitor customer feedback, brand sentiment, and campaign performance, providing insights and coordinating with relevant teams to enhance customer experience.
- Manage the marketing budget, monitor campaign effectiveness, and prepare performance reports with recommendations to optimize ROI.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop the marketing team while fostering effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Growth, or Business Strategy within the F&B or Retail industry.
- Experience in a Supervisor or Assistant Manager role, with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, execution capability , data analysis and performance marketing expertise
- Leadership , financial acumen, budget management excellent communication and decision-making skills
