Requirements:
- S1 / Post Graduate from leading university in any major (is a plus)
- Working experience at least 2-3 years
- Experience in partnerships, business development or corporate marketing
- Excellent in presentation, communication skills and people management skills
- Proficient in Ms. Office is a must
- Able to make coordinated business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on field condition, data & analytical thinking
- Strong project management skills, ensuring maintenance of operational standards and timely project updates
- Deep understanding and experience in business administration, covering end-to-end partnership rocesses like contract management, vendor onboarding, and payment submissions.
- Skill in strategy, consultation and government affairs will be advantages
- Proficient in English both oral & written (is a plus)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to maintain operational standard in your handled projects in your respective area
- Support to manage cost effectiveness & efficiency, also deliver operational and financial target within designated financial cost
- Update and discuss every project given on timely manner with internal and external stakeholder
- Support to record of accomplishment and spending on timely manner
- Support internal and external stakeholder management, included to visit, field survey & monitoring, presentation, negotiate with respected stakeholder and resolve potential problems together with the team
- Responsible for business administration (End-to-end partnership process), including:
-Handling formal correspondence and email management.
-Managing the contract agreement process and vendor onboarding.
-Overseeing payment submissions and permit implementation.
