At Over The Moon, we don’t just make ice cream; we craft experiences that make people feel, well... over the moon. We are an artisan micro-creamery dedicated to high-quality ingredients, uniquely delicious flavors, and authenticity. Nothing artificial, and no chemical stabilizers or gum.
We are looking for a creative, high-energy Marketing team member who can help us tell our story. If you have a passion for food photography, a sharp wit for captions, and the drive to help a growing brand make its mark, we want to hear from you!
Your Mission
Help our voice be heard amidst the many other brands that's all marketing and no product. Get people to understand our quality through marketing campaign and offline activations.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Shot-list, film, and edit engaging Reels and TikToks that showcase our churn process, new flavor drops, and the vibe at the shop.
Community Engagement: Manage our social media inbox and comments with a voice that is helpful, witty, and authentically "us."
Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing launch events for seasonal flavors, collabs or activation
Trend Spotting: Keep us ahead of the curve on digital trends while ensuring they align with our premium brand image.
Analytics: Help track what’s working (and what isn’t), and make informed decisions
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who balances creativity with a professional "get-it-done" attitude.
A Visual Eye: You know how to make a scoop of ice cream look like a work of art on camera.
Strong Writer: You can pivot from a playful pun to a serious description of flavor notes without breaking a sweat.
Self-Starter: You don’t wait for a manual; you see an opportunity for a great post and you grab it.
Platform Pro: You’re fluent in Instagram, TikTok, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other Video Editing software
Foodie at Heart: You genuinely love the craft of artisan food and beverages.
