With a business casual touch, UNNY MKABAU try to carry along nowadays tradition without leaving behind the heritage value West Sumatra Craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in brainstorming and developing creative content plans with the marketing team.
• Support campaign creation and activation, including social media and offline events.
• Reach out to and build meaningful relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and media partners.
• Develop press releases, press kits, and other communication materials to maintain brand visibility.
• Execute omnichannel marketing strategies to ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Assist with social media management, including scheduling, posting, and engaging with the community.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and cohesive marketing content.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong passion for fashion, culture, and branding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh ideas and concepts.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and basic content creation.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, or similar) is a plus.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
