The primary responsibilities of this position include overseeing the growth and health of plants within our hydroponic facilities, implementing sustainable practices, and continuously improving production techniques. You will collaborate closely with our research and development teams to explore new methods and technologies that can enhance our yield and environmental impact. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring plant health, analyzing data to optimize growing conditions, and providing recommendations to ensure optimal performance. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining high-quality standards and driving innovation within our operations.
Responsibilities :
1. Be Our Social Media Buddy 🎉
- Help plan and schedule fun posts on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Chat with followers, reply to comments/DMs, and keep the good vibes going online.
- Spot trending sounds, hashtags, and cool ideas from competitors — and suggest how we can try them too!
2. Create Cool Content ✨
- Make eye-catching posts, stories, reels, and carousels (text, images, video).
- Write catchy captions, blog snippets, newsletter lines, or website words.
- Edit photos & short videos using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express (no pro skills needed — just creativity!).
- Make sure everything looks and sounds like "us" (our brand style & voice).
3. Help Run Campaigns 🚀
- Join the team in planning campaigns from "what if..." to "let's launch!"
- Work with design, sales, and product teams to make things happen on time.
- Help set up and keep an eye on social media ads (basic budget & targeting).
4. Track the Fun Stuff 📊
- Check how our posts are doing (likes, shares, comments, views, clicks) using Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.
- Make a simple weekly report and share ideas like: "Hey, let's try more reels next week!"
5. Explore & Organize 🧠
- Do a little market research — what do our audience love? What are competitors doing?
- Keep our content files, calendars, and campaign folders neat and tidy.
- Jump in to help the team with small tasks whenever needed (because marketing is never boring!).
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Spark, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of marketing analytics (likes, shares, CTR, etc.) is an advantage.
- A passionate, energetic, and adaptable individual who is eager to develop soft skills and gain professional experience
- Able to communicate in english is a must
