About The Role
Jordanie is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Support Intern to join our growing Marketing Team.
In this role, you will support daily marketing operations, including administration, reporting, social media activities, campaign execution, and partner coordination. This internship offers hands-on experience across various marketing functions and is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a career in digital marketing and brand management.
Job Responsibilities
- Marketing Administration & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales recaps.
- Assist in preparing marketplace performance reports.
- Assist in preparing social media performance reports.
- Input, organize, and maintain marketing data using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Organize and maintain marketing documents and digital files.
- Support other administrative tasks within the Marketing Department.
- Social Media Support
- Assist the Social Media Specialist with content scheduling and publishing.
- Research content ideas based on social media trends and audience interests.
- Conduct competitor and industry research.
- Monitor social media activities and compile basic performance insights.
- Support content planning and campaign execution.
- Marketing Operations
- Assist in the preparation of marketing campaigns, product launches, photoshoots, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate marketing needs with internal teams.
- Help ensure marketing activities are executed according to schedule.
- Partnership Support
- Assist in communication with vendors, influencers, KOLs, beauty clinics, salons, spas, distributors, resellers, and business partners.
- Prepare supporting marketing materials such as company profiles, price lists, presentations, and partnership documents.
- Conduct administrative follow-ups with external partners under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
Qualifications
- Active SMK student, active university student, or fresh graduate.
- Preferred majors: Marketing, Office Administration (MPLB/OTKP), Management, Business Administration, Communication, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, DKV, or other related fields.
- Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Basic Canva skills are a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good administrative and organizational skills.
