Job description for Marketing Intern - PCACS at PCA Company Services
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the law firm's official social media channels, especially LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Generate and publish contents, including posts, articles, photos, and other marketing materials under the guidance of the Head of Department and Team Leader.
- Ensure all content is published consistently, on schedule, and in accordance with the law firm's workflow and quality standards.
- Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by the Head of Department and Team Leader.
Requirements
- 3rd, or 4th year students, or fresh graduates in Marketing, Communications, Business, Multimedia, or related fields.
- Strong interest in marketing, branding, content creation, and social media.
- Proficient in Canva; knowledge of other design or video editing tools is a plus.
- Good sense of design, layout, and visual presentation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Good English communication skills (reading, listening, and writing) to work in an international environment.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with the team.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and contribute to the team’s success.
- Proficiency in Photoshop (a plus): While not mandatory, knowledge of Photoshop will be beneficial in creating presentations and marketing materials.
- Languages: Fluent in English is a plus.
- Availability: Able to commit to a full-time internship for a duration of three months.
