Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to build ISAGO’s brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and support sales growth across all channels. This role blends creativity with data-driven decision-making and requires a deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and digital trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Strategy
Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all touchpoints (retail, online, social, packaging, campaigns).
Identify opportunities for brand collaborations and partnerships aligned with ISAGO’s values.
Campaigns & Launches
Plan and oversee product launch campaigns, including storytelling, content, and cross-channel rollouts.
Coordinate 360° campaigns (social media, email, in-store, PR) for key moments and collections.
Content & Digital Marketing
Supervise content creation for social media, email newsletters, and website.
Work with content creators and agencies to produce visual and written assets.
Lead performance marketing strategy (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) with agencies or in-house teams.
Retail & Event Support
Collaborate with sales and retail teams to drive traffic and engagement during events and activations.
Support pop-ups and trunk shows with marketing materials and digital amplification.
Customer Insights & Reporting
Analyze campaign and channel performance, turning insights into actionable improvements.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends.
Monitor customer feedback and sentiment to improve brand relevance and loyalty.
Requirements:
3-4 years experience in marketing, preferably in luxury, jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
Strong knowledge of digital and social media marketing.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and influencers.
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
