Job description for Marketing Head at PT Insan Daya Sentosa
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can build, execute, and scale marketing strategies across both digital and offline channels. This role requires someone who can think strategically, execute ruthlessly, and manage a growing team without losing their mind.
You will work directly with the leadership team (CEO, COO, CTO) to align marketing with business growth, product development, and data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies across digital and offline channels
- Drive user acquisition, brand awareness, and engagement through : Social media & content marketing, Digital ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), SEO/SEM initiatives, Webinars, events, and offline activations/roadshows
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and ROI
2. Team Leadership & Management
- Manage and mentor the existing marketing team (social media, graphic design, video editor)
- Identify gaps and recruit additional roles as needed (e.g. performance marketer, SEO specialist, etc.)
- Ensure execution quality, consistency, and speed across all marketing outputs
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with CEO, COO, and CTO to align marketing with : Business goals and revenue targets, Product roadmap and feature launches, User insights and analytics
- Translate business strategy into actionable marketing initiatives
4. Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Define and monitor key marketing metrics (conversion rate, engagement, etc.)
- Use data to continuously refine campaigns and improve efficiency
- Set up tracking systems and dashboards for marketing performance
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Min. 5 years of experience in marketing (digital, brand, or growth roles)
- Proven track record in turning marketing strategies into real actions with measurable results
- Experienced in managing a team and leading cross-functional collaboration
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (ads, SEO, social media, content)
- Comfortable working with data, analytics tools, and performance metrics
- Ability to balance strategy and execution (not just presentation hero)
Nice-to-Have (but let’s be honest, very useful)
- Experience in startup, tech, or job platform industry
- Experience targeting mass or grassroot markets
- Familiarity with marketing automation and growth hacking techniques
- Experience handling offline activation/events
