Marketing Head
Qualification :
1. Undergraduate degree in Marketing is expected
2. Minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in marketing.
3. Has strong project management and people management as this person will lead the marketing department and guide its day-to-day operations, including supervising and mentoring members of the marketing team.
4. Has strong leadership and influencing the team.
5. Has to be a creative one, has to present themselves as a good communicator. This position will often report directly to Management.
6. Experienced in fast phase industry, such as Consumer Product and F&B will be a good advantage.
7. This position will need to review and analyze much necessary data, so data analysis is one of the crucial skills.
This position will :
1. Responsible for the company’s marketing and communications strategies, as well as overall branding and image.
2. Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the company, both for new & existing products
3. Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy
4. Develop a brand strategy
5. Create and manage a calendar of events and/or promos
6. Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team.
7. Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends, and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.
8. Manage and refine the company’s website and social media presence.
9. Manage and measure marketing campaign costs.
10. Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
11. Utilize data for marketing campaigns.> Identify new business opportunities.

Cipta Piranti Sejahtera or better known as CPSSoft, an accounting software development company called ACCURATE Accounting Software. CPSSoft was founded in 1998 with the mission of providing quality and affordable software by the public.
