What You'll Own (Key Responsibilities)
- Drive Sales for CLT Training Products
Achieve sales and revenue targets for CLT training products.
Develop marketing campaigns through digital channels, content, events, and referrals.
Create pricing strategies, promotions, and product bundles to increase enrollments.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Develop International Partnerships
Identify and establish relationships with international distributors and channel partners.
Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.
Support partners in promoting and selling products in their respective markets.
Maintain partner relationships and monitor sales performance.
- Grow K-12 Course Products
Develop marketing plans to increase course enrollments.
Reach parents, students, schools, and tutoring centers through targeted campaigns.
Establish partnerships with schools and educational institutions.
Evaluate campaign performance and acquisition costs.
- Promote Prediction Test Products
Develop marketing strategies for prediction test products.
Run campaigns aligned with academic calendars and examination periods.
Encourage repeat purchases and promote related training and course products.
Additional Responsibilities
- Establish performance indicators and prepare regular reports.
- Manage marketing budgets and prioritize effective channels.
- Coordinate content, social media, advertising, and events.
- Collaborate with company leadership and product teams to align marketing strategies.
Requirements (Must-Have)
- At least three years of marketing experience, preferably in education, training, or sales-driven businesses.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Experience in partnership development or distributor management.
- Excellent written and spoken English for international communication.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate marketing performance.
- Ability to manage multiple products and campaigns independently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in education, test preparation, or K-12 industries.
- An established network of international education partners.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management and marketing automation tools.
- Additional language skills relevant to international markets.
