Job description for Marketing Executive at Uji Matcha
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to elevate our brand presence in the F&B landscape. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative brand storytelling and data-driven marketing strategies. You will play a pivotal role in designing engaging marketing programs, building communities, managing key partnerships, and executing high-impact offline activations.
Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field (Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred).
- 2–3 years of marketing experience, specifically within the Food & Beverage, Restaurant, or Hospitality sectors.
- Good in digital marketing, marketplace management, and strategic branding.
- Familiar with handling partnerships and dealing with external third parties.
- Having strong leadership qualities, analytical thinking, and a highly strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills (you know how to pitch an idea and win the room).
- Good English skills are required.
Responsibilities :
- Create, manage, and execute marketing activity programs and community-building initiatives.
- Participate directly in brand events and ground activations.
- Manage and optimize our presence across digital marketing channels and marketplaces.
- Initiate and maintain relationships, partnerships, and collaborations with 3rd parties.
- Keep a sharp eye on social media trends, driving creative content collaborations and elevating brand awareness.
- Track campaign performance, analyze data, and report on ways to improve in Marketing area.
