We're Hiring: Marketing Executive
Location: South Jakarta
Join our growing French restaurant group and support the execution of exciting marketing campaigns across our brands.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in the F&B industry.
• Strong understanding of social media management and digital marketing.
• Experience managing KOL/Influencer collaborations and maintaining KOL databases.
• Familiar with online food delivery platforms (GrabFood, GoFood, and ShopeeFood).
• Experience managing WhatsApp Blast and WhatsApp Community for marketing campaigns.
• Strong network within lifestyle, F&B, and local communities is an advantage.
• Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Available to join ASAP.
Job Responsibilities:
• Support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Manage social media content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
• Coordinate content production with designers, photographers, agencies, and restaurant operations.
• Manage KOL/Influencer collaborations and maintain an updated KOL database.
• Plan and execute WhatsApp Blast campaigns and manage WhatsApp Community engagement.
• Coordinate and optimize online food delivery campaigns with platform account managers.
• Assist in executing promotions, partnerships, events, and new product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, media, and community partners.
• Prepare weekly and monthly social media data performance reports.
• Handle marketing administrative tasks, including purchase requests, invoices, campaign trackers, and documentation.
• Monitor competitor activities and social media trends.
