About the Role
We are looking for a talented, creative, and spirited individual to join Giftano as a full-time Marketing Executive! If you have a passion for social media marketing, a sharp eye for design, and a knack for spotting digital trends, you might be the perfect fit for our dynamic team.
As a Marketing Executive at Giftano, you’ll get the chance to take full ownership of our digital marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a self-starter who wants to develop end-to-end marketing skills in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Strategy
● Ensure all marketing activities align with Giftano’s brand identity and values
● Assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of strategic digital marketing campaigns
Content Creation & Management
● Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
● Perform community management across all social media platforms
● Execute basic photography and videography, including editing for social content
Performance Marketing & SEO
● Write SEO-driven blog content and product descriptions
● Support the execution of email marketing campaigns
● Assist with on-page and off-page search engine optimisation efforts
● Track and report performance metrics for social media and email marketing campaigns
eCommerce & Merchant Marketing
● Copywriting SEO-driven product descriptions for new gift listings
● Sourcing and editing product images for eCommerce listings
● Uploading products and assets to the backend system
● Brainstorming and supporting merchant acquisition and engagement campaigns
Design & Ad-hoc Projects
● Support general design needs (e.g. banners, visuals, simple animations)
● Assist in various ad-hoc marketing duties and projects assigned by management
Role Requirements
Education & Experience
● Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Arts, Design, or a related field
● Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in digital or social media marketing is a plus
Technical Skills
● Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva for design tasks
● Skilled in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and/or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
● Comfortable with basic photography/videography and editing (e.g. CapCut, iMovie, Lightroom)
● Working knowledge of content management systems (e.g. Shopify, WordPress)
● Comfortable working with Google Sheets/Excel for data tracking and reporting
● Understanding of SEO principles (on-page and content SEO)
● Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp)
● Skilled in Looker Studio (preferred)
