Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing, telemarketing, lead generation, or customer engagement.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
Experienced in cold calling, telemarketing, and prospecting new customers.
Confident in communicating with customers through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Good communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Able to work with targets, KPI, and deadlines.
Comfortable using CRM / sales tools.
Willing to support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and customer database development.
