WE’RE HIRING — Marketing Executive
Grogol, West Jakarta | Full-time, WFO
LEKA Paws is a new fast-growing pet care brand and is the sister brand of LEKA Indonesia, focused on premium supplements for cats and dogs. We're looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Executive to help build brand growth through social media, content marketing, KOL partnerships, and digital campaigns.
This role will focus on managing social media activities, developing content strategies, executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with KOLs & affiliates to strengthen brand awareness and business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Threads
- Develop and create content strategies, campaign ideas, and social media calendars
- Create and collaborate with content teams, creators, and KOLs to execute marketing campaigns
- Manage KOL/influencer partnerships from outreach, coordination, to performance evaluation
- Support affiliate marketing initiatives and explore partnership opportunities
- Monitor trends, analyze campaign performance, and provide insights for improvement
- Ensure all marketing activities align with brand positioning and goals
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, or KOL management
- Prior experience in pet brands (pet care, pet food, or similar) is a strong plus
- Familiar and active in Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and current social media trends
- Experience handling KOL/influencer campaigns and digital marketing initiatives
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance
- A genuine pet lover who currently owns a cat or dog, you'll need to truly understand and connect with our anabul community
