Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Assistant / Sales Assistant to join our team at Irene Danielle in West Jakarta, Taman Ratu. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting sales leads into customers achieving sales targets, and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities
1. Convert sales leads: Follow up on leads generated from various sources, build relationships, and close deals.
2. Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
3. Identify new business opportunities: Research and identify potential customers, and develop strategies to engage with them.
4. Build and maintain relationships: Develop strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends : Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Requirements
1. Min. 1+ years of sales experience; Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
3. Strong negotiation and closing skills: Ability to negotiate and close deals.
4. Results-driven and motivated: Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field: Relevant education and training.
2. Industry knowledge and experience: Familiarity with the industry and its trends.
3. Sales certifications or training: Completion of sales training programs or certifications.
