Job description for Marketing Executive (Sparks English) at Sparks (SEVEN Retail Group)
As a Marketing Executive at Sparks English, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities in your assigned area to increase leads, student enrollment, and center revenue. You will work closely with the Sales/EC, Academic, and Center Manager teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with the center’s business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities, including Open House, school collaborations, seminars, mall/school booths, and other promotional events.
- Coordinate event preparation, including promotional materials, logistics, team coordination, and lead collection.
- Support the planning and execution of offline campaigns and center promotions.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing activities, including leads generated and conversion results.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations based on campaign and event performance.
- Collaborate with Sales/EC, Academic, and Center Manager teams to ensure effective lead follow-up and alignment with center targets.
- Maintain and monitor marketing activity reports and ensure activities are delivered according to the agreed targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing, Event, Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
- Experience in offline marketing, event management, school partnerships, or promotional activities is a plus.
- Strong communication, coordination, interpersonal skills, and able to work independently and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Willing to work on-site and attend events or promotional activities when required.
- Willing to be placed in the assigned Sparks English center based on business needs.
