WE’RE HIRING:

MARKETING EXECUTIVE (FULL-TIME) 🎾🔥

Punya passion di industri olahraga, jago bikin konten dan siap kejar target penjualan? Kami mencari kandidat berjiwa hunter untuk tingkatkan okupansi lapangan dan revenue bisnis

Tugas Utama:

-Membuat program komunitas, mengurus program dan agenda reclub serta meet reclub

-Drive Sales: Kejar target penjualan penyewaan lapangan, membership, dan coaching clinic.

-Monetisasi Event: Buat turnamen berprofit dan gaet sponsorship / kemitraan B2B.

-Content for Conversion: Kelola medsos & konten promosi (Canva/CapCut) yang memicu booking.

Kriteria:

-Min. Pendidikan SMA Pengalaman 1–2 tahun di bidang marketing

-Target - otiented, komunikatif dan jago negosiasi.

-Menguasai Canva, CapCut, atau Adobe

-Tertarik dan bisa bermain padel
