Marketing Executive (Mandarin Speaker)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple clients and industries.
- Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies, campaign planning, and business growth initiatives.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare client presentations, reports, proposals, and other marketing materials.
- Manage internal documentation, project data, and reporting to ensure operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality marketing and consulting solutions.
- Explore and leverage AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance marketing effectiveness.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, International Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, account management, business operations, consulting, or a related role. Outstanding fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken. Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a plus.
- Strong interest in marketing, branding, business strategy, and consulting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in working with international stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Curious about AI and technology, with a willingness to adopt new tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Positive attitude, strong sense of ownership, resilience, and openness to continuous learning and feedback.
