Job Description:
• Creative Production: Conceptualize, design, and produce end-to-end marketing collateral Including event signage Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM), brochures, merchandise, and digital teasers
• Offline Activation & Event Management: Lead the planning, logistics, setup and on-ground execution of physical brand events, pop-up stores, exhibitions, and grassroots campaigns.
• Budget Tracking: Manage event and production budgets effectively ensuring all offline activities are delivered cost - effectively and on time
• Meta Campaign Management & Optimization: Set lunch, and monitor Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. Use Meta Ads Manager to continunous track daliy performance, adjusting targeting and budgets to maximize results.
• Performance Analysis & Data - Driven : Treat creative work as data. Analyze metrics like click - through rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Lead/ Acquisition (CPA) .
• Focus on offline marketing (80%) & online marketing (20%)
