Studia Academy is seeking a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Marketing Data Analyst to join our team on a freelance basis. This role is ideal for

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Background in marketing analytics; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Power BI) preferred
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus, though not required
- Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Based in Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze marketing data from various digital platforms
- Support market research to identify industry trends, customer insights, and competitor activity
- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance against key metrics, including website traffic, engagement, conversion rate, and lead generation
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate marketing performance and insights
- Analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for improving marketing strategies
- Track campaign effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader business and marketing initiatives
