Job description for Marketing Coordinator - English 1 Rawamangun at English 1 (HS Group)
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing both online and offline marketing activities to support the center's growth goals. This role oversees school visits, community events, and ATL campaigns, while also supervising content creation, social media activities, and digital ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Coordination
- Developing monthly and quarterly marketing plans and budgets.
- Coordinate the execution of online, offline, and ATL campaigns in alignment with strategic goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target audiences, and competitors.
- Offline Marketing & Events
- Plan and oversee offline marketing activities such as:
- School partnership programs and presentations
- Booth setups ot molls, schools, and public events
- Regular/mini event and annual event ot the center
- English 1 referral program and community engagement projects
- Ensure all materials, logistics, and stuffing are prepared for smooth event execution.
- ATL Campaign Management
- Coordinate media placements (billboards, posters, radio, etc.) with external vendors or agencies.
- Truck ATL campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.
- Lead Management & Reporting
- Monitor and analyse lead-generation effectiveness across various channels.
- Work with the sales/admissions team to ensure timely follow-up and lead conversion.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and areas for improvement.
- Team Supervision & Collaboration
- Supervise and support field marketing staff during events, school visits, and lead generation activities.
- Provide training, schedules, and clear guidelines for junior marketing team members.
- Ensure alignment and communication across marketing, soles, and admissions deportments.
Qualifications & Skills
Experienced in managing events
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability in project management
- Updated with related trends in the media
- Experienced in using social media marketing
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and create marketing strategy
- Solid writing skill
- Advanced computer skills- MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Canva, Capcut
Other Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent with a Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Ability to work on weekends and Willing to working 6 day(s) /week
