Job description for Marketing Content Creator (F&B) at PT. Mulia Sehat Utama
We are looking for someone who enjoys creating content, has a strong eye for visuals, and understands how to bring a brand to life through social media.
You will be responsible for managing and growing our content across Instagram & TikTok for our coffee & kitchen concept.
Responsibilities:
Create daily content (photo, video, reels, simple edits)
Design social media posts (menu, promos, campaigns)
Plan and schedule content for Instagram & TikTok
Write simple, engaging captions aligned with brand tone
Capture in-store moments (food, drinks, customers, atmosphere)
Assist in developing content ideas & campaigns
Requirements:
Own personal content creation tools (minimum iPhone with good camera)
Basic design skills (Canva / Adobe)
Comfortable shooting and editing content independently
Understand social media trends (IG / TikTok)
Has a good eye for clean, modern, aesthetic visuals
Proactive and able to execute without constant direction
Nice to Have:
Experience in F&B / café content
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, etc.)
Interest in food, coffee, and lifestyle content
Working Style:
Hands-on role (not just planning, but executing)
Fast-paced environment
