Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in communication studies or public relations or marketing from a reputable University.
• At least 3 years of work experience as a Marketing Communications Officer in a professional services industry or Marketing Agency.
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Eager to learn, team player, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Having experience in the service industry or law firms will be an advantage.
Job Description:
• Develop strategic marketing communication plans and the corresponding budgets with the Business Development Manager and Partners.
• Develop clear, persuasive, and reader-friendly written content across various platforms, while translating complex legal concepts into accessible language.
• Plan and execute content strategies aligned with the firm’s business goals to enhance brand visibility.
• Organize and execute client events, seminars, and webinars, including preparation of invitations, event materials, and post-event communications.
• Manage media relations, draft press releases, and identify opportunities for external exposure to strengthen the firm’s reputation and market positioning.
• Prepare and coordinate submissions for legal awards (e.g., Legal 500, IFLR etc.), including drafting, data collection, and liaising with lawyers for supporting materials.
• Assist the Business Development Manager in handling other business development initiatives such as credentials and vendor requirements and ad hoc tasks as required.
