Job description for Marketing Communications Specialist at OSLO Home Living
We're seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Communication Specialist to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty. You'll lead campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional channels, ensuring our brand voices resonates with design-conscious audiences.
What will you do:
- Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and positioning.
- Oversee digital marketing (website, social media, IG Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Craft compelling copy, visual, and video for webistes, social media, email newsletters, and print materials.
- Grow and engage our community through curated content, influencer parnerships, and trend-driven campaigns.
- Pitch stories to lifestyle media, manage press releases, and coordinate with partners.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to align messaging and promotions.
- Support virtual or in-person events.
We looking for you who:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in home living, interior design or retail.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
- Strong data-driven & storytelling skills with an eye for visual aesthetics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of home living industry.
- Willing to be placed in PIK 2.
