- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Marketing, Ilmu Komunikasi, Public Relations, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.

- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, copywriting, dan kreativitas yang baik.

- Memahami digital marketing, social media, branding, dan brand awareness.

- Mampu membuat serta mengelola konten dan campaign/promosi.

- Memahami riset pasar dan analisis target audience.

- Mampu berkoordinasi dengan tim, vendor, influencer, media, dan pihak terkait.

- Mampu bekerja dengan target dan deadline.

- Menguasai Canva menjadi nilai tambah; familiar dengan Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, atau analytics tools menjadi nilai plus.
