As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our brand identity and business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include managing affiliate marketing initiatives, overseeing B2B marketing efforts, and driving digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. You will lead content marketing and content strategy development, ensuring all materials resonate with our audience and maintain the high standards of creativity associated with The Iron Fairies. Additionally, you will manage social media presence, with a specific focus on TikTok, and provide team management support to ensure cohesive execution of all communication activities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate creative visions into actionable plans while maintaining engagement with our diverse clientele.
