Job description for Marketing Communications Executive at CHONTEA & Co.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
Identify, pitch, and secure strategic promotional partnerships with luxury retail brands, 5-star hotels, international airlines, premium credit cards, and affluent lifestyle communities.
Develop cross-promotional campaigns (e.g., co-branded afternoon teas, exclusive VIP loyalty perks, in-flight catalog placements, and high-net-worth community activations).
Manage end-to-end partnership negotiations, legal agreements, joint budgets, and campaign deliverables to ensure mutual ROI and brand alignment.
2. Event Management
Coordinate end-to-end event logistics: vendor management, venue staging, guest invitations, run-of-show, and post-event evaluation.
Ensure all event activations reflect Chontea & Co.’s premium aesthetic and deliver memorable experiential marketing.
3. Marketing Communications & Brand Strategy
Execute omni-channel marcomm campaigns across digital platforms, printed collateral, and in-store touchpoints.
Prepare copywriting and visual content briefs to maintain a sophisticated, cohesive brand voice across all promotional channels.
Monitor campaign performance, footfall metrics, and conversion rates, delivering actionable reports to leadership.
Key Requirements
Experience: 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in Marketing Communications, Brand Partnerships, or PR—preferably within luxury retail, hospitality, or premium F&B sectors.
Network: Proven track record and established network within luxury retail ecosystems, hospitality groups, airlines, or high-net-worth lifestyle communities.
Skills: Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, event production, and refined copy/content skills.
Attributes: Polished professional demeanor, acute eye for detail, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
