Job description for Marketing Communication at Premier 4 Padel
SMS Group is looking for a strategic, creative, and hands-on Marketing Communication Executive to develop and execute marketing initiatives across our business units.
You will be responsible for turning business objectives into marketing strategies, campaigns, events, and brand activations that drive awareness, engagement, traffic, and business growth.
Marketing Strategy
- Develop marketing communication strategies based on business objectives, target audience, market trends, and brand positioning.
- Create integrated marketing plans across online and offline channels.
- Develop promotional and activation strategies to support business and sales objectives.
- Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to identify opportunities.
- Develop marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and activation plans.
- Evaluate campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Event Strategy & Planning
- Develop event concepts and strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Plan end-to-end events, from concept development, budgeting, timeline, vendor management, partnership, promotion, to execution.
- Develop event activation ideas that create strong audience engagement and business impact.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, communities, talents, sponsors, and external partners.
- Monitor event execution and ensure all activities are aligned with the planned strategy.
- Conduct post-event evaluation and prepare recommendations for future activations.
Brand & Communication
- Develop communication concepts and messaging for campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.
- Ensure consistency of brand positioning and communication across different touchpoints.
- Identify relevant trends, cultural moments, communities, and opportunities that can be translated into marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the creative and social media team to translate strategies into compelling content and communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business, Advertising, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing communication, event, brand activation, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign planning, and event management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Able to develop strategic concepts while remaining hands-on in execution.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with strong awareness of current trends and consumer behavior.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in PowerPoint/Google Slides and other marketing-related tools.
- Experience in F&B, sports, lifestyle, hospitality, or travel industry is a plus.
