Job description for Marketing Communication at Jenna and Kaia

Kualifikasi :

- Pendidikan minimal S1 Jurusan komunikasi, pemasaran, dan yang relevan dengan pekerjaan

- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dalam bidang manajemen KOL, marcomm atau pengalaman lainnya yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan

- Kreatif dan Proaktif dalam mengikuti trend dan memiliki pengetahuan terkait media sosial

- Memiliki keterampilan dalam perencanaan untuk campaign baik online maupun offline

- Memiliki keterampilan berpikir analitis yang tajam

- Kemampuan dalam komunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris dan Indonesia baik secara lisan mau tulisan

- Memiliki kemampuan dalam mengelola banyak tugas dan management waktu yang baik

- Cepat beradaptasi dan memiliki keinginan untuk belajar

- Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan

Job Deskripsi :

- Ikut serta dalam menentukan strategi pemasaran

- Membuat dan mengelola materi pemasaran

- Mengembangkan pesan pemasaran

- Menjalin hubungan baik dengan media seperti jurnalis, blogger dan influencer

- Merencanakan, melaksanakan serta memantau campaign pemasaran dari awal sampai akhir

- Melakukan komunikasi terhadap pihak eksternal untuk memperkenalkan brand atau melakukan kerjasama

- Mengkoordinasikan berbagai event pemasaran

- Menganalisa influencer yang sesuai dengan brand image perusahaan

- Melakukan administrasi terkait kebutuhan marketing

- menghandle seluruh event atau aktivasi marketing secara end to end
