Job description for Marketing Communication at Jakarta Event Enterprise
Responsibilities:
Up to date with the lastest issue, trends and insights
Create & develop plan and strategy marketing communication / branding programs (including brand perception and brand awareness)
Create monthly programs & contents to generate growth and leads
Design, create and develop effective social media campaigns and content (instagram, facebook, tiktok)
Manage and maintain social media to have good engagement and interact with followers
Development of brand identity, awareness and online reputation
Generate growth and leads by optimizing all digital channel such as SEO, SEM, SMM, and many others
Photography and videography skills are plus point
Collaborate, analyze, and evaluate the result of collaboration with other parties (influencers, etc) or agency partner
Highly creative, strong problem solving and presentation skill
Good interpersonal communication with relationship building skill
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably majoring in Public Relation or Digital Public Relation, Psychology, Desain Komunikasi Visual, Marketing Communication
Minimum of 2 years experience in marcomm and digital marketing
Has good understanding of digital marketing, copywriting, & branding
Creative, proactive in updating trends and knowledge in social media, influencers & social networking
