Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist with expertise in campaign marketing, project management, and sales-driven marketing strategies. This role focuses on designing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing marketing projects from inception to execution while ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration to maximize business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

- Plan, manage, and oversee marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify key customer insights and campaign opportunities.

- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and promotional content.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.

- Manage end-to-end project workflows, including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance tracking.

- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

- Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reach.

- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to support sales growth and customer acquisition.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, and in beauty industry

- Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.

- Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Experience working with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.

- Strong understanding of branding, market trends, and customer behavior.
