• 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing communications, brand management, or PR, specifically within the real estate / property development industry.
• In-depth understanding of property market dynamics, buyer personas, and real estate sales cycles.
• Strong expertise in multi-channel campaign management, digital marketing, PR, and event orchestration.
• Experience with social media management platforms, Email Marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Basic proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing tools is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Creative mindset paired with analytical capabilities to evaluate campaign performance.
• High collaborative ability to work effectively across sales, product development, and external agency partners.
