Mitra Data Lab is seeking a Marketing Communication Officer for our client, Sales Catalyst.
About Sales Catalyst:
Sales Catalyst is a business consulting firm that helps MSMEs increase sales and achieve sustainable growth through business data analysis, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and in-depth customer research.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid (2 Days WFO + 3 Days WFA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing marketing campaign ideas and recommendations for clients.
- Create copy for broadcasts across WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Define broadcast targets based on customer database.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare campaign performance reports for clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience or a portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in marketing, business development, or sales.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and analytical.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence in interacting with clients.
- Proficient in Google Sheets.
